Sage Advice, Easy to Understand, My Skin is Nicer
I've had skin problems all my life, nothing severe but certainly not the elusive "soft, silky" skin we all dream of and that others seem to have! This book helped me a lot in that I was doing several things wrong. I don't want to give away any of the material as that wouldn't be fair to the author but I will tell you what after purchasing this book and reading it more than once (and for an ebook it is substantial) I found that the list of toxic substances the book lists, that are supposedly common, were present in one or more combination in almost every product I have been using!!! And the theory that our skin is made up more of what we eat than what we put on our skin hadn't occurred to me and I have changed my diet accordingly. Yes, my skin is better and I can't wait for another month or two to pass to see how it progresses. I'll post an update then.

An EXCELLENT Book!
I live in Wyoming and if you don't, you haven't seen dry, cracked skin!!! I constantly battle the problem and all my friends agree that this climate will age us faster than anything. I have tried all the products but I truly prefer natural products and it seems that many of the natural ones on the market are not as effective as the others.
