One Word: AMAZING!
I have used Alpha Hydrox AHA Cream for many years and I'm really not even that old. I first got my hands on my mom's when I was about 10 and managed to burn the h*** out of my eyes. :) But shortly after that I would occasionally use it and after just a single use the results were visible: clear, smooth, porcelain skin. It helped clear all my acne scars and is keeping wrinkles at bay. I usually use this product for about a month at a time and then I begin to use it again when my skin appears to need it. If you are someone who will not go out without makeup, this can really help you feel more comfortable in your own skin. A thin layer of this and a little under eye concealer could be all you need and what a great feeling that is.I used to use a store brand AHA cream but this product is worth the few dollars extra. The store brand I tried just didn't absorb as well as this product which is very important so that it does not get into your eyes while you sleep...

better buy than the 12% version
I've used this as well as Alpha-Hydrox's more expensive 12% 'souffle' and find they are both equally effective in suppressing fine wrinkles. The difference is the 10% version costs less and contains 2 oz, while the 12% version is only 1.6 oz and costs more. I guess you're paying for the word 'souffle' -- in actual look and texture, there is no difference between the two. I used the 10% for nearly 10 years, then switched to the 12% about a year ago. The more expensive 12% version worked no better than the less expensive 10% version. I'm going back to the 10% stuff.I'm only giving it 4 stars because I still think the cheaper version is more expensive than it needs to be. However until someone comes along with a less expensive product, it's still the best AHA buy around.

Best EVER (for me)
I have very dry, very sensitive skin. This is the only product I have found that works well for me. It is truly fragrance free. I have rosacea and I am allergic to fragrance. So many cremes that say they do not contain any fragrance have essential oils or other products with strong scents that I react to. This product doesn't have anything that I react to at all. A miracle! And as a bonus it doesn't smell icky either. A lot of fragrance-free products have an unpleasant non-smell to them.Eucerin also makes a formula for redness in your skin. I thought this would be good for the rosecea. It is NOT. This Q10 formula is the BEST!!!It is thick and creamy. If you have oily skin at all this is not the right product for you. For those with dry skin or who need additional moisture at night this is a great product.I was horrified when I couldn't find it in the stores any longer. Great cream for any time of day
I suffer from many skin allergies with creams that contain perfume and/or have any kind of sunscreen.All creams except for this one will cause symptoms like breaking out, rashes, severe dryness associatedwith itching with them. Since I have been using the Q10 for years now and my skin always feels so freshand well nurtured. I absolutely love it!!!!!Believe me, I have been spending so much money on expensive creams, creams that proclaim to be just forsensitive skin, and creams that claims to be dermatologically tested, yet the only one that I do not haveany skin problems with is this Eucerin Q10.

Another great Derma e Product!!
Great for sensitive skin, but actually has an effect! In only a few days, I don't have those little crepey lines around my mouth! I sent back some very expensive products to one of those network shopping places after getting this product! I can compare this to some other skin creams I have paid over $100 for! Seriously, this is scary! I am trying several other Derma e products as they are great bargains and very high quality. This stuff works! (We all need to review when we buy, because I only bought when I read others' reviews! Come on "gals", review the beauty items when you buy!!)

It works!
At age 63, my mother was spending $200 of her hard earned money annually on department store brands. It didn't seem right that half of the purchase price went straight to brand marketing. She is not fluent in English, so I conducted a search on her behalf.After screening dozens of face creams for safe and effective ingredients via the Skin Deep database, this particular cream stood out for its avoidance of parabens and skin firming acids. It works well with her sensitive skin and helps it stand up to the Southern California desert climate. It's even firmed up her wrinkles. She's now a convert. Expecting too much?
I ordered this for my spouse who was looking for a 'better' wrinkle cream as she is spending an arm and a leg on brand cremes that do nothing but make her face glisten.So we read up on the reviews and found this brand to be generally well received. 5 stars for a cream? Youse gots to be kidding. This stuff will remove dents from my car! Anyways, all kidding aside: having used for 2 months her comments are that it is a great moisturizer and feels great on the skin but it has not visibly improved the semi-deep wrinkles between her eyebrows and besides her eyes. We want it to work but alas, with steady use as prescribed, we have seen nothing visible. She will keep on using it because it is a good creme at a very reasonable price but perhaps we expected too much result? Or her wrinkles are unlike any kind this company has dealt with? (Just kidding, sweetheart).Hope that this blance towards the lower rating does not upset the believers but we cannot see the results we expected...

beware ordering skin care products from amazon.
. *****I was trying to save some money by ordering my skin care cream from amazon. The product is made by derma e and when I started using it. I noticed that it smelled different my skin tingled, almost burning. Unfortunately I bought two and I waited one day too long to return it. That, of course, is my fault. I assume that the supplier is selling old stock or it has been sitting in a hot warehouse somewhere for too long. The product itself is excellent but watch out ordering through companies like amazon. (You would be safe to buy from derma e) I think I'll continue to buy skin care products at the store.

Great Moisturizer
This is currently my everyday facial moisturizer. I don't have wrinkles so can't attest to how it works for that, but it's creamy and doesn't feel heavy on my face. A little goes a long way so I expect the jar to last a long time.

Alot of bang for the buck
I have mature skin that needs moisturizing, especially in winter months, but is prone to breakout. Have been using this for a couple weeks and no breakouts. My skin is more subtle and soft. It is nice and creamy and I now use it on other parts of my body. Was hoping for more of an improvement in skin tone (redness,etc) due to the Retynol. But if you want a quality face cream on a budget I'd give this a try. You won't waste your money trying it like other products since, as I mentioned about, you can use it as a body moisturizer. It is a generous jar of cream.

Best Facial lotion ever!
I have sensitive skin and the past couple years, it's been prone to acne. I love that this smells good, it helps fight fine lines, I'm not putting toxic stuff on my skin and it makes my skin feel ultra soft. I honestly don't use this at night, I use it in the AM after using the Avalon CQ10 toner. Purchase it from Vita cost, it's cheaper.

Excellent ingredients, not very rich however
