Cancel that risky, costly face lift! Forget those expensive dermal fillers!
I just want to say that I'd read about the Tripollar STOP for use in anti-aging treatments. I was curious when I discovered it... and skeptical. So I researched all over the internet, and found nothing negative about this amazing device. Evidently it's been on the market in Europe since 2007, but is making ground here finally. If you look around on the internet (key words: Tripollar STOP), you'll find many, many 'before' and 'after' photos. Seeing women in their late 60's and 70's with petal-soft, smooth, wrinkle-free faces seemed too good to be true, but I found nothing negative, and these women were not being used by the makers of the Tripollar STOP device; these women were, for the most part, on skin forums in the UK, freely sharing pictures of what effects the STOP had given them in the way of results. This is one beaurty product that actually seems to work!
I recently turned 60 and although I have always looked young for my age, in the last year, my skin had begun to show signs of laxity and sagging. I had previously had an RF treatment done in a spa, but they recommended a series of 12-18 treatments; I don't have the time to dedicate to that, and have better uses for my money. I tend to be highly critical of antiaging devices, but after reading reviews on the Stop Anti-Aging device, I decided to purchase it.In order to assess whether it really works, I, too, initially used it only on one side of my face for the first 1/2 dozen times. A Book For All Adults.
If you are a health conscious person, this book gives you good reasons to incorporate skin care to your daily routine. This book is short, easy to read yet packed full with good information on how to maintain and improve skin health.Rachita goes through the steps to take from a young age and the various things to add to your daily routine as you get older. Anti-aging is not just about skin and the author explains the importance of other things such as stress and diet.I enjoyed reading this book and fully recommend it.

Great Advice, well presented
I really liked the approach taken by this author - that the skin should be treated like the living organ that it is, with nutrients from the inside of the body rather than chemical compounds from the outside of the body.I found the tips classified by age (your 20's, 30's, and 40's) particularly helpful, and the Questions answered in the last chapter cleared-up several misconceptions for me.Whether you're a young person looking to protect your skin, or a more "senior" person looking to rejuvenate your skin, this book has some great information and tips.

Nightly Skin Care While You Sleep
I bought this as my skin seemed dry, washed out, rough and I hadn't had a facial in years. I'd read a dermatologist say that you don't have to pay boutique prices for boutique expensive skin care because the big companies like Olay spend a lot on research and development--they have big budgets, sell a lot, and their products have to be good.I put this on at night and within a few days my skin was smooth, brighter, not rough and tighter. I hadn't anticipated that last feature. I feel like I'm getting a mini-facial or peel while I sleep. I was thrilled with the results, and am going to buy some more Olay products. I feel like I'm taking good care of my skin without spending a lot of $$$$.

This elixir is great best i have used
I recieved this item a few weeks ago, and applied it to my face at night and i could feel a big difference in my skin first time use, the next morning i woke up and the wrinkles on my forehead were gone! this elixir doesnt have a strong fragrance, it didnt break out my skin, and didnt give me a headache it has excellent ingredients like grape seed and AHA's the best i have used in a long time, ladies don't waste your money on expensive skin care items, i have had that experience before and did not work for my skin as much as this item has, OLAY keep up the good work!

Call me a bit nuts, but I really wanted to be able to see if this product worked. So, I purchased the "Anti-Aging Moisturize Night Resurfacing Elixir," and for the first six nights, applied it only to the right side of my face. To keep the experiment fair, on the left, I continued using just my regular night time product, "Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream." Please note, I am 47, have always used Olay products (though until 40, that meant the old fall back, "Oil of Olay" with or without sun screen). My skin is pretty good for my age, but I would like it to be even better. I love this product
I tried this product a few months ago because I have stress "wrinkles" on my forehead. I'm only about 25 years old, and they aren't that bad, but they still bugged me. Over the past few months I saw the lines on my forehead slowly start to fade away, and it also did wonders on my face after I shaved. I used to have minor acne before using this product, but that, as wells as razor burn is no more. I use it once a day after I shave, but it does recommend using it twice a day.

Good price for the quality
I've used several different lines of men's skin products and for the value I think L'Oreal is the winner. When people start mentioning how good your skin looks you know you're on to something good. I don't find it greasy at all and my skin absorbs it well. I also like their cleanser quite a bit but for an exfoliator I use Biotherme which I like. I may not look ten years younger but I look good for my age and that's a good thing!

Good Men's Moisturizer
If your looking for a good product, with a medium masculine fraquence this is the product for you. It has a fragence, not overly manly, but not feminine. The Amazon descriptions above conflict themselves with wether or not SPF is in the product. I recommend the non-SPF product unless you spend a lot of time in the sun from 10-4, which I do not. Recent studies say too much SPF can deprive you of Vitamin D. So a little sun on the commute at 8am and 5pm isn't a concern for me. As well the SPF material irritate my eyes. I would not buy this if it had SPF. It takes very little product to cover my face, and the 1.6fl oz container lasted me 6 months. It took me a long time on Walgreens and Target to find a decent product that wasn't over-hyped and a recent visit to Walgreens showed the product was gone. So I am very happy to find it here, and hope it gets back in these stores. I have young childer, and those are the stores we frequent.

IT WORKS.
It definitely takes a while to see results. Not one or two weeks, but a few months. I've been using mine since mid-June 2011. Thirty days - every evening - a couple of weeks off. In between I use a good microdermabrasion exfolliant and/or my microdermabrasion machine. While it IS painful (it feels like snapping rubber bands) on the highest setting, the little vertical lines that ran up from my lips have just about disappeared. The fine lines around my eyes are almost gone too. The deeper ones are still there, but less noticeable. Even the "11" lines in between my eyebrows have softened.I understand I'm not using the machine to `manufacturers' specifications' but I am very pleased with the results. The redness/dryness is at times difficult to cover even with great makeup and moisturizers, but I feel in the long run the `down time' is so worth it. It really is getting rid of fine lines, and at almost 53 years of age, I cannot ask for more from an in-home...

Working for me
So I bought this about a month ago. I use it almost every day on the medium setting. My face is red for a couple of hours afterwards, so I use it in the evening. At first my skin definitely felt dry, but didn't look horrible or anything like that. I can see a big difference now. I have no undereye circles anymore, and the lines around my mouth are practically non existent.I use it all over my face and can see it working. I didn't have super deep lines, this is more for preventing them from getting worse. It has actually worked better than a filler I had done around the mouth. I don't know why others are not seeing results. FYI I have fair skin with some freckles and prone (most likely will get soon) rosacea. I'm not red anymore and it faded a brown spot under my eye so it's almost gone. Alkalinizing Cocktail alone is worth the book!
Dr. Graf has written a great book on how to look your best! I'm not sure it really "erases 5 years overnight," but I have been using the alkalinizing cocktail, fiber powder and probiotic supplement she recommends for a couple weeks now, and there's no question my skin looks better. What's more, I have more energy than usual, and there's a strange side-effect...when you wake up in the morning, your mouth tastes good (or mine does anyway). Not sure if that has something to do with making your body less acidic and more alkaline, but it's a nice plus!Anyway, I enjoyed reading the book and have found that her recommendations on supplements are spot on. (I haven't tried the skin care products she recommends, so I can't attest to those.)I would highly recommend the book to any woman wanting to slow down the aging process....or just look and feel her best!

Best of Beauty inside and out!
Wow! Finally a book that does what it says. The testimonials and Dr. Graf's recommendations intrigued me so much that I made a special trip to the store to buy many of the featured products. I hate to admit it but I don't have a great diet. I LOVE red meat and drink a few too many glasses of wine each week. I tested my pH before the diet and it was at a 3.7, wups! After being on the diet for just a week I had already gotten up to almost a 6. I was shocked! I never really believed that it was so easy to live a healthier life.

Finally a beauty plan that WORKS!
A dear friend of mine urged me to go out and buy this book when I was complaining to her about how hard it is for me to get through the day without countless cups of coffee and cans of Diet Coke.
