Hope they don't quite making it!
Worth every penny an more. In combination with diet, a few other products I use, light therapy and supplements I take I can say it must do something because I was not blessed with youthful or nice skin, quiet the opposite. As a 45 yr old I had suddenly aged 5 years ago! So I did research, tried things and this is one of them that has stuck. I've used it for 4 years now. A little dab goes a long way. I get about 2+ months out of a bottle, and I use it on my neck as well. It's very light, not to heavy or greasy and doesn't make my acne prone skin break out. This has reduced age spots (darker patches) an fine lines, even helped reduce some heavier ones. Skin feels fresh an clean yet when applied. So Light I even use the moisturizer over it, but don't need to unless wearing makeup. It's come down ALOT in price since I first started using it 5 years ago so I stock up (I may just use it everywhere! LOL). P.S. Radiotoxic insult to cells is associated with genetic instability and heritable damage [Mutat. Res. 517 (2002) 173]. A strengthened response to such insult by enhanced apoptotic clearance, which would be associated with anti-inflammatory [Nature 390 (1997) 350; Nature 407 (2000) 784] and anti-necrotic intercellular signaling [Nature 418 (2002) 191], has been previously reported. The pentapeptide thymopentin (TP5) improves immunological parameters in cancer patients following radiotherapy without clinically observable side effects. We assessed the effects of TP5 on human promyeloid leukemia HL-60 cells exposed to therapeutic (2Gy) doses of X-rays. We observed an increased accumulation of cells in the G"2/M phase of the cell cycle after irradiation when treated with TP5. However, TP5 had no effect on the cell cycle distribution of non-irradiated HL-60 cells. Additionally, TP5 treatment of irradiated cells increased the number of cells undergoing apoptosis. Furthermore, TP5 was found to selectively bind to apoptotic cells. These findings represent a promising and novel approach employing TP5-mediated modulation of cellular radiation response to augment both clinical gain in radiation oncology and safety measures for radiation protection. Lighter skin with less imperfections
Since I loved the anti-wrinkle product of this company, decided to try out their whitening cream. After only a few applications, I noticed a lot of the brown spots on my hands and face are diminished and almost gone. My skin is much brighter and more even. Thanks Amazon for another great product!

Cytochrome c oxidase (CcO) belongs to an important class of enzymes, heme-copper oxidases (HCO), which are responsible for generating electrochemical energy via the redox coupling of exergonic reactions. Since the reduction of O2 takes place at the binuclear center, all of the reductive potential should derive from the nearby metal centers and/or cofactors. Two electrons can be derived from the oxidation of Fe(II) to Fe(IV), one electron from the oxidation of Cu(I) to Cu(II). This leaves one electron unaccounted for. It has been proposed to come from a nearby tryptophan residue, oxidation Fe(IV) to Fe(V), oxidation to Cu(III) or, from the phenolic position of Tyr244. Since the high-resolution x-ray structure of the mammalian cytochrome oxidase (2.8 A, further improved to 1.8 A; PDB ID 1OCC) was reported by Yoshikawa in 1998, many facets of research regarding CcO have advanced forward. A startling discovering with respect to mechanistic insights was made in the active site region. A post-translational modification involving an N-arylation linking N1 of the His 240 side chain to the epsilonC of Tyr244 (bovine heart numbering). An effective and improved method of N-arylation has been described to create the His-tyr dipeptide. This dipeptide was elaborated to a mimic of the complete cyclic pentapeptide cofactor using judicious protecting group strategies and effective coupling procedures. The x-ray structure of an advanced intermediate in the synthesis was solved. Using Macromodel the biaryl dynamics were explored. In addition, NMR restricted minimizations provided highly refined structures of the CcO cofactor mimic. A copper bound system was not obtained in crystalline form suitable for x-ray, however the ligand itself was subjected to spectrophotometric titrations providing valuable data: the pKas of the imidazole and phenol for compound 2.64 are 5.1 and 9.4, respectively. This important piece of data corroborates previous mimics synthesized in this laboratory and strengthens the hypothesis that Tyr244 serves as a proton donor facilitating the cleavage of molecular oxygen. The exploration of the photochemically induced Wolff rearrangement to afford enantiomerically pure beta-lactams bore many interesting results. Highly scalable routes to both the serine and aspartic acid derived beta-lactams requiring little chromatography were developed. A purely thermal epimerization process was developed which provided access to large amounts of pure trans beta-lactam. The molecular modeling provided highly valuable information that gave key insights into the stability of the trityl and bis-benzyl diazo compounds, implicating a pi-cation interaction as a main stabilizing factor, and also confirmed the s-E,s-Z conformation.
