The company says that this formulation works by making the outer layer of skin act younger by renewing itself more quickly and maintaining the moisture barrier more efficiently.Here's how to use the kit: After washing the face in the morning, apply the 30SPF lotion. a skin cream that actually makes a difference
I really like the Neutrogena Ageless Intensives Deep Wrinkle Moisture, Night, 1.4-Ounce Tube! Though subtle, my skin has definitely improved in appearance (smoother, tighter pores, wrinkles softened) since I began using it. I used a similarly effective product by another company but the intense artificial scent made continuing impossible. Love it, I'd give it 10 stars if I could
I bought this because Allure magazine named it the best anti aging product in it's category for 2011. I saw it being discussed on the Today Show about 3 weeks ago in their beauty segment. So I ordered it, and within 2 weeks I've already noticed a huge difference. Much more than I would have even expected after say a month of use. My pores are definitely smaller, and the area above my nose, between my eyebrows, had some tiny lines, and they are now completely, 100% gone. I about freaked when I looked in the mirror the other morning. I will be using this for years to come.I expected some line reduction, don't get me wrong, but what I experienced was not a reduction, but a total elimination.I used another product on Amazon that was .5% and I didnt see any difference at all, none, but this .1% is amazing to say the least. Really noticing a difference in my skin after 2 weeks
I too saw this product advertised/reviewed on the TODAY show and in Allure Magazine. Did wonder about "product placement" but also know that this company does have a good reputation. I have very sensitive skin and starting applying it every other day to give my skin time to get used to it. My pores appear smaller, my skin is very smooth and I am noticing more firmness around my mouth/chin area, where sagging is starting to appear.I have used Olay, Avon, Neutrogena and Lancome Genefique serum....the latter is great and didn't irritate by skin. But, I wanted to try another product line and am not disappointed! Told my friends about it recently too. I will be buying the eye cream to try after my other eye cream is finished.

Nice but not great

Was and Is a Huge Help!
I started using Strivection 2 years ago when I made the decision to lose weight naturally from my 250 lb body after having children. Once I eased into weight loss, I started applying this religiously at least twice daily (of the old formula) on my stomach, thighs, breasts and underarms. I credit the overall tone of my skin now at 135 lbs. solely to Strivectin. It definitely likes to be applied in layers upon itself, I see a much bigger benefit when you follow the directions and use multiple times every day. Now with this new formulation, it only got better! The old formula I would never put on my face with that strong minty odor, but this new one in a white cream is AWESOME!! I'm 32 and fair-skinned, in addition to my residual stretch mark areas, I began putting it on my face morning and night 2 months ago when I went to re-order and saw the new formula, and in 3 weeks I noticed that my face was a paler even-tone, like it was erasing years of normal sun exposure. Strivectin is Not Fake But In Fact The Newest of the New Formula
I just contacted Strivectin and here is what I found out for those calling this version of strivectin fake. There have been at least three strivectin formulas...one was the 5% formula made by Klein Becker (the original) that was beige in color and very minty in smell. Klein Becker sold the product to Strivectin Operating Co which came out with TWO new 8% versions. The first version was skin color or if you want to call it light beige in color, creamier lighter texture, some may call it more moisturizing ..to me I would say greasier. This was Strivectin Co's attempt to try and make the new version as close as they could to the original. In the end they found it to be easier to go with this newest (3rd version..2nd new formula) which is white in color, thicker in texture, some may think less moisturizing ..I think less greasy and absorbs better. Both of the newer version's scents I think are similar like peppermint. Some may think one might be stronger than the other. These descriptions...

Still Aged and Wrinkled
Enlisted the hubby to help with this one - boy was he thrilled. We each selected one side of our face to be the testing ground. We applied the cream in the morning and at night. After four weeks here are our thoughts:1. The applicator top is a pain. The tip is a tight cone shape and the top fits tightly on. To open the container you have to pop the top off and avoid unscrewing the tip. I ended up using a towel for traction most mornings and the hubby ended up using some choice words.2. The applicator itself is okay. It is like a fine caulking gun and you squeeze the lotion out onto the wrinkled bits. As I told the hubby when he came to the breakfast table with racing stripes on his face, you have to blend the cream into the skin after applying it.3. The cream is somewhat greasy and doesn't create a "youthful glow" so much as an adolescent sheen.4. We didn't see much initial plumping but thought perhaps there was some plumping by week...

Works by irritation
I'd heard so much about products with retinol that I wanted to try it out. Who wouldn't love the idea of a product that can erase wrinkles?I have a tendency for allergies which can sometime include symptoms involving the skin. With prior experience in having reactions to fragrances, foundation makeup and even eyeliner and powder, I know that my immune system can go hyper so I decided to test this product away from the eyes. I was glad I did. A small amount of product produced a lot of heat, a feeling of irritation and swelling that did erase the test wrinkle temporarily.With this degree of reaction, I wouldn't use this product on a daily or even on a regular basis. I think the irritation is harmless, but I'd worry about triggering a more severe reaction down the road. I'd also be reluctant to use makeup on the irritated skin.My feeling is that the irritation caused the swelling which made the wrinkle go away. This isn't a permanent solution for...

A Great Temporary & Immediate Fix!!
I have notices that around my eyes there are some small lines... Nothing too bad, but sometimes it really bothers me.Especially with some foundation make ups, it seems that the small lines are even more noticeable.
