Great stuff!
This product is great. At first, I thought it was a little thick...then, after using it for a few days, people have been commenting on how great my skin looks! And I'm 63 and live in the Southwest where the weather is very dry. I like the ingredients...It contains all the good stuff for wrinkles and dry skin. I am sold on it forever now!
I have been a loyal Olay customer for well over ten years and have been using their Definity night restorative cream for years along with a form of Retina regularly. Admittedly, I got this Neutrogena free to try from the Vine Program but that is not why I like it so much. I am 44 and my skin has SOME wrinkles, and considerable discoloration from redness(no porcelian skin like when I was young). My skin is also extremely oily, prone to adult acne and I am beyond pale but otherwise think my skin has faired pretty well. I have become pretty skeptical of skin products and basically just gave up fads and stuck with Olay and Retina. Well maybe someone dropped a hallucinagen in my coffee but I swear I noticed better skin the next morning. I actually made myself hold off on writing this reveiw to make sure it wasn't just the result of a good nights sleep. After several days even the big crease between my eyes isn't as deep, and the discoloration has lessened almost to the point I can go...

It Works !
I started using this product about 10 days ago. I can't believe the difference in my skin. The fine lines around my eyes and also the little "bags" under them have diminished. My skin feels and looks wonderful. I love the fact that it also has a 30 SPF in it and it goes on easily. I use it on my neck and chest as well. It leaves a nice glow to the skin. (another little secret I have been doing at night..instead of using a moisturizer I have been using extra virgin olive oil....you will be amazed at the results )

Immediate Results
Comparing eye cream prices was a shocker and I was reluctant to spend more than $20 for something that may not work. This product has proven its worth! The darkness below my right eye greatly diminished within the first 3 days of use!! I have lived with this condition for many years and used makeup to diminish the look of a 'black eye'. I prefer the open screw top container it comes in. I know exactly how much I'm using each time, I know I am using every little bit available, and I know when I need to purchase more before running out. I agree the use of a pump or squeeze bottle decreases the possibility of bacterial ovegrowth within, but there is an amount of waste that goes along with these types of dispensers, thus money wasted. Tried and True
I woke up one morning, rubbing my eyes more than usual (bad move), and went to the mirror to discover the worst bags I had ever experienced. They actually sagged halfway to my cheeks. The following day, I purchased Loreal Advanced Revitalift Eye. I also chose to NEVER rub my eyes again...and I haven't. I no longer tug and pull on my eyes for any reason...mascara cleans off just fine with cleanser, fingertips, and splashing to rinse, then gently patting with a towel to dry. In fact, it's healthier and hydrates the face much better than using a washcloth. I love this new way of cleansing my face. Great product! Been using it for years!
I first started using this product about 10 years ago, when a sample could be had at the pharmacy for around 2.50. This sample came in a tube with a narrow nozzle. Then the samples stopped and I had to buy the real thing. It comes in a bottle and yes, you have to keep dipping your fingers every time you apply it. It recommends it be applied twice daily, but I only do it once - I just forget at night. But even so, I have less eye wrinkles than my sister or younger cousins with the same skin type. Maybe, if I used it as recommended, I would look as young as my nieces! But I am satisfied with looking younger than my sister. It is not greasy - and I like that, but rather light. It gets absorbed very quickly, allowing me to apply makeup in a few minutes. Were it sold in a pump or tube I would give it 5 stars. "No wrinkles at 50".

My Most favorite Eye Cream So far!
I rarely post comments on Amazon. I want to do it this time because through the years I have benefited a lot from the comments that people posted here, plus that this product does wonder to my eyes. I hope my opinions will do some help here. My eyes have a lot of problems. I have dark circle, puffiness and since recently they started to grow winkles. Through the years I have been trying to find an eye cream that can help me with these issues. I tried almost all the department store products. I won't say that they didn't work but I can barely see any difference. Until one day I found this ROC eye cream(They carry another eye cream but it doesn't work as well as this one). Originally, I don't have a lot of confidence in drug store products but since it's in a reasonable price, I decided to give it a shot. love it love it love it!
i've used a dozen different eye creams for months at a time and did not see any difference in my skin. after only 1 night of using this cream i actually noticed that my eyes were brighter, the dark circles under my eyes were lighter, and the discoloration at the outer corner of my eyes was lightened. I can only imagine the increase in progress i will see with time. MY ONLY PROBLEM with the product is the packaging. It comes in a metal type tube which i hate, and the product itself is very thin so if you store the tube laying on its side or hold it upside down the product comes out and leaks everywhere. I store mine upright though so i no longer have problems.

Works exceptionally well
I am at an age that dryness, sagging and wrinkles are common problems. The "Best Eye Cream" works as well, or much better in most cases than any eye cream I have used in the past, and at a fair price as compared to some of the "department store" brands.There is a review that says it is a scam, etc. My suggestion is to look at all the "five star" reviews like mine and take the advice of the majority. Really think you will be pleased.After using the product for over nine months I wish I could say all the sagging was gone but the dryness and wrinkles are improved dramatically and the sagging is improved just from the moisture or something, but it is certainly better.

Helps with bags and cirlcles
As I have gotten older, I have bags under my eyes / dark circles that make it look like I have not slept in a month. I am very happy with the results so far. In 15 minutes they were almost gone. I am amazed

Well Worth the Cost
All eye creams seem to come in tiny .5oz / 15ml containers. I supopse in a way it makes sense - you only use a few drops at a time, around your sensitive eyes. You don't want a giant tub of cream going bad by your bed for months while you get through it. In theory, by having a small container, just about when the lotion starts to fade and age, you've run out of it. I know with handmade lotions I make, the recipes say they'll last a month at the most before you want to discard them and make a new batch. I really like the Olay Regenerist eye cream. The container is great - the little pump makes it easy to get out just the few drops you need. You put a few along your lower lid and then gently rub them into the area. The lotion stays put, and doesn't get into my eyes. It also doesn't have any fumes or aromas to make my eyes water. I'm the one whose eyes will tear if our cat wanders next to me and rubs my shoulder, so my eyes are generally rather sensitive. You...

I have tried pretty much every eye skin product available in the department and specialty store, including Clinique and Chanel. I found that, in addition to costing an arm and a leg, each of the creams either did not live up to its claims, and/or caused an allergic reaction. Wholesome Affordable Pampering for Your Skin

The rest of the time I use it EVERYWHERE else! I mix it with my overall body moisturizer (which is pure sesame oil) and rub it all over my body. I use it full strength on my hands. I use it anywhere on my body that needs attention, healing, moisture. For special occasions, I use it as an all-over body moisturizer full strength. I go through probably a bottle a month, so it is "expensive", but I enjoy it so much I don't care. A little goes a long way, but I am using it for so many things. The smell is probably my favorite small of any "beauty" product. It is an aromatherapy-type smell, earthy, not perfume-y at all. A spa treatment in a bottle
I bought this facial oil (let's face it, that's what it is) to keep my skin from drying out over the winter, but it has the added benefit of a supremely relaxing, aromatherapeutic effect. I've used Decleor facial oils and loved them, but they have a hefty price tag. I'm happy to say that this product does an equal job at a much better price. I brought a bottle with me on vacation and it was perfect for fending off airplane skin dehydration. My mom and sister both asked to use some and loved it (I ended up giving my mom my bottle and buying a new one for myself when I got home). My mom has an allergic reaction to most lotions, but not to this product. I don't know about the "repair" claim. Whatever. It's just a nice treat for your skin and your nerves.

The holy grail of anti-aging!
Yet America's biggest secret! The first few days that I used this serum I couldn't understand what the fuss was about. After a week I was sold and will never buy any other anti-aging serums or creams. This is the winner hands down. The price is extremely inexpensive. You might think it's pricey, but I've been using this for a month and a half and the bottle still looks like it's never been used. A little goes a long way and I'll probably have this for over a year. When was the last time you could say that for anti-aging serum? I spent $17 for an entire year...shocking, I know.
