Absolutely the Best
I have been using this hairspray for years, and yes, it is horribly expensive in stores retail. This is a great price--even when I buy it through licensed only beauty supplies I have to pay much more.I have very thin, fine hair and I haven't found anything that works like this product. I can't believe how much difference this makes!
My hairdresser suggested I try this shampoo when she noticed my hair had little natural shine. I am in my early 40's and I believe hormonal changes (hello, perimenopause!)are starting to effect my skin and hair. In short, it is hard to believe how much difference these products made in the texture of my hair in just one use! My hair felt silky and shiny, and I needed little additional product to make my hair sleek and non-frizzy while drying. I am skeptical about spending a lot money on cosmetics, but I have always used salon shampoos to preserve my color, and this is unlike any other shampoo/conditioner I have used. I would never have thought something you wash down the drain could make such a difference!

GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!
After doing so much research i found this product and it worked really nice for my dry and damaged and chemically processed hair. It feels so good after shampooing and conditioning. This is my second set. My first set is getting over so i wanted to stock up this product. I have bought one more set of this product for my mom too..This shampoo claims it has very less chemicals. I hope it is true. I gave 4 stars to this product because this is unable to prevent split ends otherwise my hair feels really good.

"911" Hair rescue
This has been a stressful year with ill health, multiple high dose runs of prednisone, antibiotics etc. Already color treated my hair became extremely dull and dry, a reflection of all my body has been enduring. I switched from Redken to Fekkai but my hair quickly reverted back to a dull frizz ball, barely recognizable as human hair. Reading multiple shampoo reviews I was anxious to experiment further before the brillo pad on my head worsened. Several shampoo brands were immediately ruled out due to my allergies/asthma as their natural products would only make my respiratory status even worse (Bumble and Bumble, Purelogy, Aveda etc).Fingers crossed I tried Alterna Caviar Seasilk Shampoo. It was as if my hair had dialed "911" and this shampoo answered the distress call. I cannot believe what a difference it has made! No more "crunchy" hair
I'm 39 years old with thick, frizzy, highlighted hair. My hair, even when it's not color-treated, is so dry it's crunchy. While making my way through high-end to low-end "moisturizing" hair products that didn't make a dent in my dryness, I got a sample of Alterna Caviar Moisture shampoo and conditioner. I didn't expect much of it--the scent was just okay (IMHO), and the consistency was like most shampoos and conditioners. But my hair was so soft and smooth. After straightening, I usually have flyaways and kinks. But after using Alterna, my hair was as smooth as baby hair. I've been using Alterna Caviar for several months now and I highly recommend this. Alterna Rules!!!!!
I was skeptical about purchasing such an expensive bottle of shampoo/conditioner and I actually put off buying it for a few months and kept searching for other less pricey brands of sulfate free shampoo & conditioner. But I kept coming back to Alterna and wondering why not give it a chance? Order the small bottles first.I got them within a few days and immediately ran into the shower to try them. Oh how luxurious this alterna is! My hair felt so clean, my scalp felt free, and it smelled pretty damn good! A nice, soft smell that isn't overpowering and it lasts all day long.The second rave I have is this. I have thin hair on top and I've always bought products that produce volume but most of them don't really do that and your hair ends up flat mid-way through the day and is very disappointing. Amazing hair product
Received the order in record time, was shocked at how fast it arrived. I had used this product quite a long time ago, possibly 5 years. This spray, gives my hair a nice shine and seems to help its health in between uses. Sometimes I even spray it on my hands and upper arms. Love the product, not the price
My stylist turned me on to this spray with the phrase, "Vitamins for your hair." This product has my attention for several reasons. First, it makes a visible difference on my hair. I have to straight iron my hair and if I spray the repair spray on it before I iron, my hair becomes straight and sleek. I can tell a HUGE difference when I don't use it. Second, after I spray and iron, it makes my hair soft to the touch. I love it because it makes it feel like it does after I go to the salon. That feeling lasts all day too. Friggin Awesome
After one use my dry, damaged, over-highlighted (bad hairdresser!!!), colored, poor abused 37-year-old hair... was soft and silky and not frizzy at all! It wasn't straight, but after much abuse my previously curly hair that had not been curling properly any more... well I woke up and it was like big fat magazine curls. Not frizzy tiny ones. And that was after sleeping on it all night. I almost didn't want to wash it out. I did and it was only ok afterwards but I am going to keep using it - I have high hopes. I think you could almost not wash it out if you have curly hair and just go as is. Hm... It also didn't look greasy at all. And it smells great! I had tried the Redken anti-ageing stuff - and I have to say in comparison, that product made my hair feel "fake" and coated and I didn't like the smell at all. Very chemical-ly. Doesn't come off on my pillowcase
My hairdresser recommended this product. When I use it, she says that I have much less split ends. I have never noticed the product coming off on my pillowcase, and by the time I wake up in the morning my hair is dry and not greasy at all. Top to learn more

Great Conditioner
I bought the shampoo and conditioner. This product seems to last a long time. A little goes a long way. Here is my review of the shampoo:My hairdresser recommended this shampoo and the conditioner. I got sticker-shock when I saw the price but I was too embarrassed to back out of the purchase. I'm glad I gave it a try. My husband actually insisted I order this product because of the difference t makes on my hair. My hair looks much less dry with this product. My husband is now using it too.Updated to add: After 6 months I finally needed to reorder this product. It lasts a long time which probably works out to be economically equivalent to other hair care products and it does what it claims to do.Now the 33 ounce bottle of conditioner is selling for $40 on Amazon which is half the price I paid. In beauty supply stores, this product sells for $80 to $100 a bottle. Amazon has it for a great price and is well-worth it for this excellent product. Top to learn more
