Wasn't too optimistic at first.
I decided to test the product on the newest stretch marks I had, which were also the worst ones I've ever had and was really looking forward to get rid of. They were bright red, quite long and deep. I've tried Avon stretch mark lotions, Mederma for stretch marks (which I hated and was over-priced), scar removal products, bio-oil, and plain cocoa butter lotions. None of those products worked, but this one seems to be doing well. I've used about 1/3 of the product (for almost 3 weeks now), trying to remember to use it twice a day but sometimes only once. I've had no kids, just have stretch marks from various weight loss and gain that's ruined my skin. The product itself doesn't really have a smell (which I'm thankful for, the Mederma one I used smelled strongly of hospital soap, ew.), it has a consistency of whipped butter, it's not oily, but since it's thick it does stay on the skin for a while and may not soak in completely right away if you put a lot on. No Way!!
I bought this cream thinking it would do nothing, but getting laser treatments are so expensive and time consuming! I decided what the heck, what did I have to lose (besides a few bucks)?? I read all the reviews for this product and many others as well, and this one seemed to positively affect many people. I figured it was my best shot at getting rid of these hideous stretch marks. I really, really, hoped this cream would work, but realistically figured it was just a scam like all the others. I have to say it is NOT like all the others, because it actually works!!!!! I cannot stress how happy I am to be leaving this review!!!!!After receiving it, I put it on right away, and did so for about a week. I really didn't notice a difference and didn't really pay attention to the marks and if it was doing anything, because I usually was putting it on right before bed. "THE GREATEST PRODUCT EVER"
This is the best product on the market for STRETCH MARKS!! I have four beautiful children, and I had several deep stretchmarks on my stomach, legs, and breast. AWESOME!
This is my first pregnancy, and I have been using the Mama Mio Tummy Rub Butter since week 7. When my belly started showing at month 5, I used the Tummy Rub Butter in combination with the Tummy Rub Oil every morning and every night. I am now 8 months pregnant and have no signs of stretchmarks. I guess it's still too early to tell, but it makes my growing belly super soft and cures any itchiness due to stretching.In terms of how many bottles you'll be using (it is pricey), these small bottles last 4 months (and that's applying liberally every morning and night), so it is a good value. You'll probably only need 3 during your whole pregnancy including post partum when your belly starts shrinking.*UPDATE*I gave birth to a 7 lb 4 oz baby girl on the 15th of July. Love this product
I've tried many different belly creams and stretch mark prevention products and this is by far my favorite. It's a little pricey but I figure it's worth it. I'm currently pregnant w/ twins and rub this in every night and most mornings. I also use the belly oil. It smells great and absorbs quickly. No greasy feeling. I'm almost 8 months and have no stretch marks so far (knock on wood).

not a miracle cream, but it still works very well
I made the mistake of not taking care of my skin while I was pregnant and then after I had my daughter, I gained even more weight which led to some very unsightly stretch marks. Seems to be working wondcers
As per the instructions (twice a day, every day for 12 weeks), I've been using Mederma Stretch Marks Therapy almost usually twice a day, and for about 3 weeks now. I've noticed an incredible improvement in the appearance and depth of my stretch marks. It seems to be working wonders! I would definitely recommend using this, since I'm only a fraction of a way through the treatment and I'm already noticing a huge difference.

Doesn't do much for old stretch marks
I started using this during the second trimester of pregnancy. I already had numerous old, white stretch marks from puberty. While I did not develop any new stretch marks during pregnancy, Mederma did not noticeably change the appearance of my old stretch marks, so I am somewhat disappointed. I know the product information states that it does not work as well on old stretch marks, but it did not work at *all* on them. I applied the product as directed. I do think it might have helped to prevent me from developing new stretch marks during pregnancy, and I would use it during future pregnancies and would probably recommend it to friends who are worried about developing stretch marks during pregnancy.

I LOVE this!
I agree with the other reviews regarding the potency of the smell. I, however, do not mind the smell. It is an herbal, earthy fragrance in my opinion. Even though the smell is strong, I think this product is worth the wear. At 30 weeks pregnant my stomach began to itch-i.e., it was stretching. Now that I use this cream twice a day, no more itching and I am now 37 weeks pregnant and HUGE, with zero stretch marks. I am fair skinned and have a very dry skin type, which is perfect for stretch marks. In addition, I am naturally very thin, although I have now gained about 45 pounds with my little one. I truly think that this product is deserving and I can attribute the current absence of stretch marks on my belly to it. I feel much more confident that I will not get any in the next three weeks.

PREGNANCY STRETCH MARK CREAM
Although I like the texture of the cream, I can't stand the smell when I apply it on my skin. I'm in my first trimester and I'm very sensitive to smell. I even purchased the oil that is intended to be used at night but due to its strong peppermint and lavender smell, I'm hesitant in using it. I am hoping I will get used to it by my second trimester and will apply it daily to prevent stretch marks.

Worked great for me
I used this product when I was pregnant with my first child. I am petite with fair skin and EVERYONE in my family gets stretch marks. They say it's hereditary so I just wanted a product that would help minimize the marks. I ended up gaining 70 pounds!
