I have been trying to eat healthy for some time now, but it can be quite difficult finding out which foods are good for you. This book is just what I have been looking for. I can take just a few of the Superfoods listed and include them in my daily diet. My plan is to gradually increase the number of Superfoods I consume to maximise the benefit.I love the way the book is written, with examples of how we can include the foods in our daily diets and meal plans. I would never have known the health benefits of most of these foods, so it is a real discovery for me. I intend to use this book for a long time to come.
