My top derm doc recommends this, as do many other skin experts. (I've used this for years, but I also use Retin-A. I'm a 49-yr-old Asian MD who still gets carded.) This Vit C product may sting your eyeballs (probably reflecting that it's unsafe for your cornea), so consider the separate eye formulation made especially for the eye area. La Roche-Posay Vit. C Antiwrinkle Cream
Usually get this cream from my doctor, but found it cheaper on Amazon and ordered enough to have no shipping charges. Now I don't even have to go to my doctor's office to buy this. Amazing product
I actually have oily skin over most of my face with the exception of the eye area and around the mouth. I use this everywhere. Gives me a wonderful glowy, even skintone and light-but-penetrating moisture without being thick, heavy or greasy, Makeup goes on beautifully over this. While I'm not really worried about wrinkles on the oily portions of my face, I also smooth this under my eyes to stave off fine lines - works great in both areas. It just works
For me, this product works. I've used it for several years along with the . I also try new products that come on the market, thinking that something else better must be discovered by now, but I always come back to this.I suffer from cystic acne. When I was in my teens and 20s, I paid fortunes to various dermatologists. Luckily, it hasn't been really bad since my 30s, but it does appear now and again even though I'm teetering on 50. If I use products made solely for acne, my face dries up. My cheeks get red and I look like I suffer from rosacea. If I use moisturizers like Olay, Estee Lauder, Murad, (you name it, I've tried it), the cysts come back. I've tried moisturizers that advertise themselves as not supposed to clog pores. You... Inexpensive, works as well as products that cost 10x as much!
I've always been a Neutrogena user, first their bar soaps back when I was a teen, then on to their line of moisturizers as I've gotten older. When this Anti-Wrinkle cream came out, I switched to it from the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion. The price was higher, but still much lower than any other trusted brand with Retinol.Awhile back, I had a chance to test Olay's Professional Pro-X Intensive Wrinkle Protocol Kit. Since I still had a full tube of my Neutrogena, I thought it would be fun to do a test. I used the Neutrogena once a day in the morning on the left side of my face, and the Olay kit (two items in the morning, one at night) on the right side of my face. Before testing, I took photos, then after a month, I took more photos. No difference in skin tone, condition or wrinkle appearance between the left and right sides of my face after a month!This was proof enough for me that Neutrogena has the same results as the Olay system for much less money... Made a difference in my hands, too.
I've been using this on my face daily for about 2 years and it's left my face smoother and clearer, but the biggest difference is my hands. I was beginning to look at my hands and see my mother's wrinkled, age-spotted hands - yikes! I started using a pearl-sized dab on the tops of my hands daily as well and see a huge difference. While there's considerably less retinol than in a prescription retinol cream, it's also about a tenth of the price of what my dermatologist prescribed (which I never filled after pricing it). RoC doesn't Rock like Neutrogena does!
First of all, I'm 49, so I'm not a 25 year-old who has no real wrinkles or skin issues such as unevenness and sun damage. I've got it all, plus super sensitive skin. I've been using this product during the day and even sometimes at night for a few weeks now with no irritation and great results. Some of my friends had mentioned another product that might be even better, so I briefly switched to RoC's Deep Wrinkle line. OMG. I only lasted two days using it because of the perfumes and the general heaviness/oiliness I experienced, not to mention it made my eyes water (and I didn't even put any around my eyes). I took those products back, needless to say. The grass is always greener--not.Neutrogena Healthy Skin is a great line in general. I now use the eye cream and the night creme as well as the day creme. My Favorite Night Cream! - Better Than Expensive Department Store Products
This is my favorite RoC product and my very favorite night cream. Nothing else is in the running and I think I may have tried most of them. LOL. If you are considering all of the RoC products and getting confused about which one to try first, I would recommend this Night Treatment. The others are good too, but this is my all-time favorite. It feels good, has the ingredients I was looking for to work under the surface over time, and costs much less than department-store skin treatments.I bought this product originally after I did an extensive search for products with specific ingredients. I had searched some PubMed sites and knew that it was important for me to find a product with retinoids, hydraluroic acid, peptides, and vitamin C. RoC came closer than everyone else, so I tried it. Takes the years off
I LOVE this product! It really takes the years off! I am 46 and, I have people tell me that I look like I am 30. I have been using it for about a year and, love the results. It really does get rid of the wrinkles and, makes your skin luminous. It even seems to help ease breakouts. Great Product
This cream brought a clarity, brightness, and tightness of pores to my skin within the first week of use. I'm on week two, now, so I can't speak for its long-term results, but based on the first two weeks alone I'll continue to use it.
