I am in my 30s and is starting to see gray hair.I've been using this for the past 2 months and it seems to help prevent further graying.I usually pull any gray hair I have out (I don't recommend this by the way) and a few months later, others would pop up.I've been pulling em out and I haven't seen any new ones so far!But it doesn't reverse gray hair because I left a few strands on purpose and it is still as white, if not whiter than it was before taking this.I don't think there is any product in the market (except dye) today that can reverse gray hair. It is just impossible.Catalase enzyme has been shown to slow down the progress of gray hair in laboratory and I suppose is the main active ingredient in this product.Besides, I've been eating very healthy lately.
