I am in my mid 40's, so my acne is a spot here and there. I've tried other products, but Neutrogena's On-the-Spot Acne Treatment, Vanishing Formula, has worked the best for me. It didn't dry out my skin and since it was a vanishing cream, no one knew I was using an acne product. I would recommend this product, since it worked for me!

Best Over the Counter Acne Product Money Can Buy
I've tried many over the counter and prescription acne products, and this one is definitely most effective for me. It is a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution which is actually more effective than the 10% solutions and is far less irritating. It's name is "On-the-Spot," but my dermatologist instructed me to use is all over as a preventative measure, as it is relatively gentle compared to some other treatments. Just use a moisturizer with sunscreen after applying it. As with ALL benzoyl peroxide treatments, there is a risk of bleaching to clothing. I've noticed that it really only bleaches lighter colors, such as pastels and some grays, but I've never had it bleach anything with bold colors such as black, navy, gold, etc.

Can't live without it, no more shiny red nose
A note about my skin-type: I am a 30s very pale-skinned female with extremely oily skin. The pale-skin reference is important, because this is a white cream, and when it dries it does provide a thin matte white layer of coverage. For me, for whom even the lightest shade of ivory makeup is normally too dark, this is a blessing. It doesn't make my face look dirty like tinted creams tend to do, and it tones down redness.This is one tried-and-true product I feel I can't live without. Primarily I use it on my nose all day, every day, to control oil and shine. It provides a long-lasting matte finish that no other product has been able to achieve. The oil around my nose area is greatly reduced without any ill effect, no peeling unless I become over zealous and apply this more than a couple of times a day. Worth the wait!!
I have been using Proavtive for years and it was starting to become very ineffective at keeping my skin clear. It never totally got rid of the breakouts but it controlled them better and they were not as severe.For the last year I was getting little red bumps all over my face and Proactive was NOT helping with them so I decided to try something else! I saw Olay Professional Pro-X Clear Acne Protocol reviewed in In-Style Magazine and they had mentioned it had helped the author with some of the similar problems I had been experiencing so I decided to try it.Pricing is comparable to Proactive so that is not an issue. After trying Pro-X Clear for two weeks I was frustrated because I felt I had more breakouts then before...I was freaking out! But then I remembered the review from the magazine that said you HAVE to give this product at least four weeks! After bringing out those initial zits it was just clearing out all the ones that were just under the surface...

Awesome-saved my skin!!
In the past 6 months I have graduated from law school (after a killer finals period) and I have been studying for the Bar exam. My face broke out worse these past 6 months from stress than it ever did when I was in high school. I have tried proactive (highly allergic) and the stuff for teenagers does not work on my adult skin (too harsh). My skin noticeably improved after just one use of this product-even my parents commented. Some comments about the products-1)Cleanser- does not foam (which I know can bother some people), very soothing, not drying.2)Treatment-absorbs into skin well, doesn't burn. I have been following the directions on the package (use 1-3x a day) and only using it once a day because I think more than that would be too drying. Love this stuff
I was using this oil for some time and SO love it! I tried both unscented and scented versions, but prefer scented for its very unique and absolutely gorgeous smell. It is 100% natural and I use it as my only body moisturizer. It makes my skin incredibly soft and glowy.I also made a great discovery when I started to use it as my eye makeup remover. This oil makes my eye lashes thicker and longer! They look much darker too!

Good for hair
